Does Your Dog Have Behaviour Problems?

Dogs are social, emotional and complex animals. They bring us so much joy but they also manage to frustrate us, upset us and constantly surprise us with their behaviour. As a consequence of that you may be struggling with one or more of the following:

  • Chewing and generally destructive behaviour
  • Phobias – noise, fireworks, lights, thunderstorms etc.
  • Problems of varying types when taken to the groomer
  • Excessive barking
  • Separation anxiety
  • Jumping up
  • Aggression – other dogs, people, around food

It is usually not just about educating the dog but about educating you, the owner and your family.

My role is to support owners and their dogs to enjoy a better relationship by improving their dog’s behaviour problems with a calm and positive approach. Your dog is my priority.  I take a personal interest in all the dogs I work with and treat them with the same consideration that I give my own.  I aim to:

  • Help you to understand what is causing your dog’s problem
  • Empower you to take charge of your dog’s behaviour.
  • Teach you the skills you need to deal with your dog’s behaviour.
  • Guide you through the process and help you develop a deeper bond with your dog
  • Help you to understand your dog’s needs so that you set yourself and your dog up for long term success.

So how can I help your dog with his problem?   By giving sound, sensible advice and information based on tried and tested methods.  I take a balanced view of the various behaviour modification methods available and treat each dog as an individual – a unique case.  I want the consultation to be a positive experience for both you and your dog.    Be aware that this is likely to be more of a learning curve for you than your dog.

My service is affordable and tailored to your needs.

If I can help, then give me a call.
